Most styles are unisex and have a relaxed everyday fit, but fit may vary depending on the garment style. If you prefer a more fitted look, order your usual size. If you want a relaxed or oversized look, consider sizing up 1–2 sizes.

Bust refers to the approximate chest circumference of the garment. It is usually calculated by doubling the flat chest width measurement. This is not a body measurement, so we recommend comparing it to a shirt you already own.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, especially if you prefer a relaxed fit or plan to layer your shirt.

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, product mockups, and the garment-dyeing or printing process. We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible.

With proper care, your design should hold up well. To extend the life of the print or embroidery, wash inside out, avoid harsh detergents, and skip high heat when drying.

Returns, Replacements & Order Issues
Apparel & Physical Products
We want you to love your order. Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are final. However, we are happy to help with the following order issues:
Misprints, defects, or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage or defect. After review, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Sizing: We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing. Please review the size guide and product measurements carefully before placing your order.
To be eligible for review, items must not be washed, worn, altered, or discarded before you contact us. Please do not send an item back unless we provide return instructions.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they enter production or processing. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged except in cases of a verified defect, misprint, damage, or incorrect item.

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If tracking shows delivered, please check your mailbox, porch, leasing office, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier first. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, THEE Soft Life Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help you locate the next steps.
