Made-to-Order and Production Timeline
Many products are made to order. Production and handling times are listed on the applicable product page or in our Shipping Policy.
Because made-to-order items require production before shipment, delivery timelines include both production time and carrier transit time. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, lost packages, or delivery issues may be outside our direct control. We will reasonably assist with carrier claims or order support when appropriate.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because many items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, buyer preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
