Please review the size chart before ordering. Measurements are garment measurements and may vary slightly by style, color, and production batch. For the best fit, compare the chart to a shirt or sweatshirt you already own and love.

Most styles are unisex and have a relaxed everyday fit, but fit may vary depending on the garment style. If you prefer a more fitted look, order your usual size. If you want a relaxed or oversized look, consider sizing up 1–2 sizes.

Bust refers to the approximate chest circumference of the garment. It is usually calculated by doubling the flat chest width measurement. This is not a body measurement, so we recommend comparing it to a shirt you already own.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, especially if you prefer a relaxed fit or plan to layer your shirt.

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, product mockups, and the garment-dyeing or printing process. We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible.

Each product description will state whether the item is printed or embroidered. Please review the listing details before ordering.

For best results, wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over the design.

With proper care, your design should hold up well. To extend the life of the print or embroidery, wash inside out, avoid harsh detergents, and skip high heat when drying.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes, color preference changes, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work toward a resolution.

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Most clothing items are made to order. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the item, supplier, and order volume. Please review the estimated delivery window at checkout.

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout

Shipping availability depends on the product and checkout settings. If international shipping is available, it will appear at checkout.

Some products may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different production partners or facilities. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Discounts codes must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply a discounts after an order has already been placed.

No. This is a digital product only. No physical item will be mailed.

Your download link is active for 24 hours. If it expires, click the link again and Squarespace will send a fresh one to the original purchase email.
