Shipping & Returns

  • Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes, color preference changes, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

  • Orders move into production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production or shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work toward a resolution.

  • Most clothing items are made to order. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the item, supplier, and order volume. Please review the estimated delivery window at checkout.

  • Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout

  • If tracking shows delivered, please check your mailbox, porch, leasing office, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier first. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, THEE Soft Life Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help you locate the next steps.

  • Shipping availability depends on the product and checkout settings. If international shipping is available, it will appear at checkout.

  • Some products may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different production partners or facilities. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
